Quotes & booking
All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing. Your date and pieces are reserved only once we receive your deposit. We require a minimum of two weeks' notice for rentals and custom builds.
Deposits & payment
A 50% deposit (via Zelle) is required to hold your date and reserve materials. The remaining 50% is due the day before your event. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and cover materials ordered for your build.
Returns & cancellations
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to work with you, but deposits remain non-refundable.
Delivery, setup & pickup
Delivery is free on rentals $750+ within Chicagoland, otherwise a flat $30; pickup from our Bloomingdale workshop is available by appointment. For rentals, pieces remain our property and must be returned in the condition they were delivered. You're responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear while a rental is in your care.
Care & safety
Our pieces are handcrafted for indoor and sheltered outdoor use. Please keep them out of standing water and high wind, and let us know your venue conditions so we can advise on safe placement.
