MH Handcrafted is a small, family-run studio specializing in handcrafted event decor and custom builds — ceremony arches, treat walls, bar carts, backdrops and more. Every piece is designed, built, and finished by hand in our Bloomingdale workshop.
Who we are
We're Masooma and Habib — a husband-and-wife team. Masooma sketches, paints, and refines every curve; Habib brings the plans to life with precision joinery. Every cut and coat is a collaboration, and we still answer every inquiry ourselves, usually from the kitchen table.
What we make
Our work blends fine woodworking with modern fabrication — from our signature geometric arches and backdrops to bespoke pieces for weddings, showers, brand activations, pop-ups, and immersive displays. We build durable, reusable pieces meant to be loved for years, not landfilled after one day.
How to work with us
There are three ways in: rent a piece from the collection for your event day, buy one built fresh to your specs, or commission something entirely new. Whichever path you choose, you get the same care and the same two makers.
