If you can't find quite the right thing in our collection, we'll build it — finished to your specs and your palette.
How it works
- Tell us about it. Share your idea, dimensions, palette, your event date and venue, and any inspiration images.
- We quote it. You'll get honest pricing with no surprises, plus a build timeline.
- You approve the design. We send a 3D rendering of the final design for your sign-off before anything gets built.
- Deposit holds it. A 50% Zelle deposit reserves your date and your materials.
- We build & deliver. The balance is due the day before; we deliver and set on-site if you'd like.
Good to know
- Lead time: three weeks minimum — more for larger or detailed builds.
- Deposit: 50% to reserve; remaining 50% due the day before. A project date is not secured until the deposit is received.
- Payment methods accepted: Zelle, Credit Card (3.5% service fee).
- Delivery: free pick-up from Bloomingdale, Illinois — or we deliver for a fee depending on distance and the size of the piece.
- All sales final: custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned, and deposits are non-refundable.
