How it works
- Tell us about it. Share your idea, dimensions, palette, your event date and venue, and any inspiration images.
- We quote it. You'll get honest pricing with no surprises, plus a build timeline.
- Deposit holds it. A 50% Zelle deposit reserves your date and your materials.
- We build & deliver. The balance is due the day before; we deliver and set on-site if you'd like.
Good to know
- Lead time: two weeks minimum — more for larger or detailed builds.
- Deposit: 50% via Zelle to reserve; remaining 50% due the day before your event.
- Delivery: free within Chicagoland on orders $750+, otherwise a flat $30, or pick up in Bloomingdale.
- Keep it or rent it back: the finished piece is yours — many planners and venues rent theirs back out to clients.
- All sales final: custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned, and deposits are non-refundable.
