How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is our minimum lead time, but popular pieces and weekend dates book up fast — especially in peak wedding season. The sooner you reach out, the better.

How do I hold my date?

A 50% deposit via Zelle reserves your piece and your date. The remaining 50% is due the day before your event.

Do you deliver, or do I pick up?

Both. Delivery is free on rentals $750+ within Chicagoland; otherwise it's a flat $30. You're also welcome to pick up from our Bloomingdale workshop by appointment.

Do you set everything up?

Yes — if you'd like, we set on-site so you don't lift a thing, then return to pack it all up. Just let us know the venue details.

Can I buy a piece instead of renting?

Absolutely. We'll build a fresh one to your specs in your palette — same craftsmanship, yours to keep. Ships nationwide or local delivery.

Can you build something custom?

That's our favorite part. Send a sketch, an inspiration board, or that thing you saw on Pinterest — Masooma sketches, Habib builds. Custom work needs a two-week minimum lead time.

What's your cancellation / returns policy?

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — no returns. Deposits hold your date and reserve materials, so they're non-refundable. If plans change, reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best to help.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Bloomingdale, IL and deliver throughout the greater Chicagoland area. For purchases and custom builds, we can ship nationwide.
