What we build

How it works
- Tell us about it. Share your concept, footprint, brand assets, your event date and venue, and any inspiration images.
- We quote it. You'll get honest, transparent pricing for fabrication and materials with no surprises, plus a clear build timeline.
- You approve the design. We send a 3D rendering of the bar or cart for your sign-off before anything gets built.
- Deposit holds it. A 50% Zelle deposit reserves your fabrication slot, materials, and project date.
- We build & deliver. The balance is due the day before; our team delivers, sets up, and dials in on-site if you'd like.
Good to know
- Lead time: three to four weeks minimum — plumbed carts, custom branding, or larger structural builds require additional time.
- Deposit: 50% via Zelle to reserve your slot and materials; the remaining 50% is due the day before your event.
- Buy it or rent it: commission a piece to own and reuse across events, or rent one of our bars and carts for the day.
- Delivery: free pick-up from Bloomingdale, Illinois — or we deliver for a fee depending on distance and the size of the piece.
