Browse & filter to rentals

Our rental pieces live right in the collection alongside everything we build. To see just what's available to rent:

  1. Open the collection. Head to our full catalog of arches, backdrops, bars, and display pieces.
  2. Tap “For rent.” Use the For rent filter at the top of the collection to show only rentable pieces.
  3. Pick your pieces. Open any piece for photos and details, then start an inquiry with your event date.

How rentals work

  1. Choose your pieces. Browse the collection and tell us your event date and venue.
  2. We send a quote. Honest pricing, no surprises.
  3. Deposit holds your date. 50% via Zelle reserves the piece for your day.
  4. We deliver & set. Balance due the day before; we set on-site so you don't lift a thing.

The details

  • Minimum notice: three weeks before your event.
  • Deposit: 50% via Zelle to hold your date; remaining 50% due the day before.
  • Delivery: includes setup and tear-down; the fee depends on location and the size of the piece. Or pick up free in Bloomingdale.
  • Service area: the greater Chicagoland area; ask us about destinations further out.
